Connect face to face with a doctor, right from home, right on your phone or tablet, in just a few minutes. If you’re feeling under the weather but aren’t up for taking a trip to the doctor’s office, Stamford Health On Call Care has you covered.

Who are the doctors?
Stamford Health On Call Care physicians are all board-certified and licensed in treating a variety of conditions. The doctors come from diverse backgrounds with at least 5 years of experience.

How does it work?
Just as if you were seeing your doctor in person, a Stamford Health On Call Care doctor will perform an exam and even recommend treatment and bloodwork if needed. If you require a prescription, your doctor will call in your medication to the pharmacy of your choice.

What do Stamford Health On Call Care doctors treat?
Our doctors treat many common conditions including:
• Allergies
• Cold/cough/fever
• Neck/back pain
• Headache
• Rash/skin infection
• Urine infection
• Vomiting/diarrhea
• Yeast infection (women)

Who can be treated?
All adults, 18 and over, and children, 2 and over, can be seen by Stamford Health On Call Care doctors.

What about nights, weekends and holidays?
Because sicknesses can come at any time, our doctors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all 365 days of the year, including weekends and holidays.

Is there a copay?
Yes. Stamford Health On Call Care will take your copay before your visit and your credit card will be charged after your visit is complete.

What if it’s an emergency?
If you’re experiencing a true emergency, please call 9-1-1.

If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
